Young Fives Program
Young Fives is designed for children who are age-eligible for kindergarten or will be turning 5 before or shortly after September of 2022. Young Fives runs much like a kindergarten class but with more one-on-one attention in a nurturing and fun learning environment. While enrolled in this class, your child will learn how to recognize and write upper and lower case letters, read beginning sight words, and solve beginning math problems.
$360/month - Morning only (9am - 12:00pm) Monday - Thursday
$560/month - Full day (9am - 4pm) Monday - Thursday

First Baptist Preschool Programs
First Baptist Preschool offers several programs to fit the educational needs of your child. Individual and group experiences will develop your child's social, intellectual, language and physical coordination skills. Our creative and academic curriculum will provide children the foundation for a lifetime of successful learning!
Kindergarten Readiness
Preschoolers in the Kindergarten Readiness class will be eligible to attend kindergarten in the upcoming year and are normally between 52-57months of age. Placement in this class is based on age, previous preschool experience, social maturity and academic ability. The curriculum for this program is similar to Young 5's (see above) where children will learn to solve beginning math problems, read sight words, and write short sentences.
$360/month - Morning only (9am - 12:00pm) Monday - Thursday
$560/month - Full Day (9am - 4:00pm) Monday - Thursday

The Full Day program is a continuation of the AM Preschool. The transition begins with free play time and lunch (children bring their own). After lunch children have a short "quiet time". Next we continue the preschool curriculum but offer more hands-on learning through activities such as science experiments, cooking activities, and beginning math fun.

Beginning Preschool
Our beginning preschool classes are age-appropriate preschool programs designed to acclimate your child to a structured learning environment and to teach and improve social and early learning skills. Your preschooler will begin to learn his or her colors, shapes, letters and numbers; as well as focusing on small motor skills such as coloring and cutting. They will also learn how to sit quietly and take turns, help others, and how to solve problems. The average age of children in this program is 36-43 months. This class is offered as a 4 day program that runs Monday-Thursday from 9:00 until 12:00 or a full day program that goes from 9:00 until 4:00. A 2 day version is also offered (Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday) of both the AM only or full day sessions.
$360/month - AM only (9am - 12:00pm) Monday - Thursday
$560/month - Full Day (9am - 4pm) Monday - Thursday
$180/month - 2 AM Days Monday/Wednesday OR Tuesday/Thursday
